Garlic Bread Pizza

Over the weekend, we tried the new Garlic Bread Pizza from Pizza Hut. Boy, was it yummy! Today has been a cold and rainy day and I was dying of boredom, so I thought I would try to make my own Garlic Bread Pizza. The results were DELICIOUS.

1 loaf French Bread

1 jar pizza sauce

8 oz. Shredded mozzarella Cheese

Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Cup Margarine

1 heaping Tbsp. minced garlic

Pizza toppings of your choice (I used, pepperoni and green olives, and Italian sausage, red onion, and mushrooms)

Directions :

Cut French bread into slices about 1/2″ slices.

Lightly butter one side of the slice. Lay buttered side down on cookie sheet.

Mix 1/2 Cup of butter with 1 Tbsp. of minced Garlic

Spread the garlic butter on the top of the slices.  Then top with 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each slice.

Top with your favorite pizza toppings.

Then top with mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake at 400* for about 8-10 mins, Until cheese is melted and bread is  a light golden brown on the bottom.

Hope you enjoy them as much as we did!
